Grilled Chipotle-Miso Tofu Sandwich

Serves: 4 
Calories: 260 tofu + 30 mayo + 240 bread
Tofu12 ozextra firm
Tomato1 largesliced
Onion1/2 mediumsliced
Chipotle mayoto tastehomemade
For Marinade:
Red miso1 tbsp
Chipotle peppers7 oz canchopped + sauce
Oil2 tsp
Sesame oil1 tsp
Brown sugar2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tspmix well

  1. Place tofu slices on plate and pour marinade on top
  2. Refrigerate overnight and flip tofu once in between
  3. Broil tofu for 7 minutes on one side and 4-5 minutes on the other
  4. Arrange vegetable slices, tofu and chipotle mayo on bread and serve immediately
