Chipotle Miso Tofu

Serves: 4
Tofu14 oz
Chipotle peppers7 oz can
Red miso1 tbsp
Oil2 - 3 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Brown sugar2 tspor maple syrup

  • Drain tofu and press under a weight for at least 2 hours
  • Blend all sauce ingredients together smoothly
  • Toss tofu with sauce in a hot pan (cast iron) until hot
  • Serve hot in Veggie Souvlaki Bowls or Grilled Tofu Sandwich
