Chipotle Miso Tofu

Tofu14ozdrained and cut
Chipotle peppers7 oz can
Red miso1 tbsp
Oil2 - 3 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Brown sugar2 tsp

Method:
  1. Blend all ingredients together smoothly
  2. Pour half sauce over tofu pieces and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes
  3. Broil for 10 minutes, flip tofu, add remaining sauce and broil again for 10 minutes
  4. Serve hot in Veggie Souvlaki Bowls or Grilled Tofu Sandwich
