Indian seasoning

Method:
  1. Chop plantains into thin slices and put in a bowl of water
  2. Microwave until cooked
  3. Fry onion with Indian seasoning and add cooked plantains
  4. Stir fry for some time with salt
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice
