Method:
Leave dough on counter for an hour Spread into cast iron skillet and leave for 30 minutes to proof Mix crushed tomatoes with basil and olive oil if needed Put skillet on stove at medium heat for 10 minutes After 5 minutes, add tomato sauce and cheese Top with jalapeno and onion Transfer to oven on low broil for 3 - 4 minutes until cheese is golden Take out skillet and transfer to cooling rack
